On May 20th, the Ph.D. Candidate Forum of the Chemical Sub-Alliance ofUASRwasheld. 11 co-trainedPh.D.students and their domestic supervisors, as well as specially-invited experts fromChemical Engineering Sub-alliance members participatedinthe forum. 11 international cooperation supervisors from Sweden, Japan, India, Norway, Malaysia, Iran, Poland, Serbia, etc.joinedthe forum online.
Lei Yanjun, Deputy Director of theDepartment of International Cooperation and Exchanges, Wei Jinjia, Chairman of the Chemical Engineering Sub-Alliance, and Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering, delivered welcome speeches respectively.
The forum was divided into two venues. The 11 joint-trainedPh.D.students were divided into two groups tosharethe researchresultsrespectively. The domesticsupervisorsand the international cooperationsupervisorsthen commentedon the workone by one, and invited expertsalsocommentedonthe research.
Finally,experts discussed the new mechanism and new method of joint training ofPh.D.students.The forum provides a new model for promoting the internationalization of talent training. TheChemical Engineering Sub-alliance look forward to more substantive work in joint training in the future and achieving international cooperation.
