On 11st August, “2022 Sustainable Energy Development International Conference Sub-Forum & China-Serbia Cooperation and Academic Exchange symposium was held”. The conference is organized by China Energy Society, Institute of Chemical Engineering & Machinery, Xi’an Jiaotong Universities(XJTU) andChemical Sub-alliance of University Allianceof the Silk Road(UASR) both online and offline.The conference was also provided through live broadcast, whose visiting time reaches over 2000 times.

The conference is an annual event of the Chemical Sub-alliance of UASR and a profound activity within the framework of Engineering Subject Community of China-Central and Eastern European Universities Association, which gets the funding support of “The Education project of China-Central and Eastern European Universities Association” and receives great support fromBelgrade University, signifying the cooperation and communication of these two universities (XJTU and Belgrade University) in the field of fuel cell and hydrogen energy step into a new stage.

The Chemical Sub-alliance of the Silk Road University Alliance was initiated and founded by Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2018, which obtains the participation of 42 universities from more than 10 countries. The Engineering Subject Community of China-Central and Eastern European Universities Association, under the direction of China Education Association for International Exchange, was launched and established by Xi’an Jiaotong University and Belgrade University along with some other universities in December, 2021.
