The Executive Council
The Executive Council is the decision-making body of the UASR. The term of office shall be five years. Membership to the Council may be added or amended.
The Executive Council shall promote friendly cooperation among the members and organize the relevant activities.
The Executive Council shall adopt a friendly negotiation method to formulate and amend the Charter of the UASR.
The Executive Council can direct and facilitate the Secretariat on the daily operation of the UASR.
The Executive Council Conference shall be held by the EC Members and the Secreariat.
The original Executive Council shall be composed of founding members that havemade significant contributions to the establishment of the Alliance.

UASR Secretariat
UASR shall establish a Secretariat responsible for the daily operationsand communication of the Alliance. The Secretariat is hosted by Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) at XI'AN, China. XJTU shall provide for funding necessary for the operation of the Alliance.
