Representative of the chairman unit of the "Silk Road University Alliance", Shan Zhiwei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, and Huang Zhongde, Assistant President of Xi 'an Jiaotong University attended the forum.
At the ceremony, Shan Zhiwei welcomed guests on behalf of the " University Alliance of the Silk Road," noting it's part of the "Belt and Road" conference held with the "14th Challenge Cup." Supported by multiple departments, he thanked them and proposed joint construction, resource pooling, and industry-education integration. He hoped the forum would aid higher education's open development.He put forward three proposals to share with the guests. First, adhere to joint construction, shared benefits and win-win cooperation; Second, adhere to the pooling of resources and service development; Third, adhere to the integration of industry and education and the integration of science and education.
